I was closely following the hot real estate market in early 2017 and I needed professional expertise to capitalize on this opportunity. My family and I were thinking of moving from Oakville to Burlington to win financial freedom (paying off mortgage) while still staying in the Halton region.
I first met Stephen Paige in 2009 when my brother hired him as his Sales Representative / REALTOR® and rehired him again in 2015. When it was time to sell my house, I remembered all the positive feedback my brother gave of Stephen and I contacted him. I am grateful to Stephen for helping me achieve financial freedom. Stephen dedicated himself in finding the right home in a great school district, a neighborhood with children, and most importantly for the right price. Stephen delivered on both the buy and the sell side and he exceeded our expectations.
In this process of both buying and selling, the total commission I paid Stephen was literally nothing. I paid *0.50% commission to Stephen on the sale of my home, and when I bought the Burlington house Stephen actually gave back **1% of the purchase price from his commission. The net result was approximately ******$900 back in my pocket instead of costing me 10's of thousands of dollars more in commission had I went with another REALTOR®. I didn't pay Stephen for his services, he paid me!
With my own personal success story behind me, I was looking to form an alliance with someone of Stephen’s credibility to launch a real estate partnership. I met Roshan many years ago while I was helping his brother’s family purchase their first home in Hamilton. A couple years ago, I sold his brother’s property and found them another home in Burlington. Throughout the Buying process, Roshan was accompanying his brother during most of the showings and I was impressed with his knowledge of the market and the buying process in general. Roshan’s opinion was instrumental in his brother’s decision. Today, his brother’s entire family absolutely love their dream home and their amazing location.
In April 2017, Roshan contacted me to List his home in Oakville and purchase a home in Burlington. Roshan was in his final phase of Real Estate College but felt the time was right to buy and sell given the current market conditions. The home Roshan and his family purchased was just a few blocks away from his bother’s home and the goal to be mortgage free was nearly accomplished.
