Having had bad experiences with our previous realtors and the buying and selling process in general, we decided to go with Stephen as the commission rates were very attractive. With such great commission terms you would think that the service would be basic however it couldn't be further from the truth. Stephen went totally out of his way selling our property (way above asking price) and equal...ly on the purchasing side. We were very particular in what we were looking for and the service and patience he provided was second to none and we never felt pressured in any of our decisions. If we ever wanted to move again Stephen will definitely be the first to call. I encourage everyone to read his mission statement as it totally reflects his work ethic. Why go with anyone else?

My wife and I's experience working with Stephen was fantastic! He really took the time to explain the in's and out's of buying a house without putting any pressure on us. He was available and on call during the whole experience and took the time to check in on us after we had a purchased a house. All in all, he made a scary experience manageable and pleasant!
