We used a discounted broker (agent) in 2015. It went OK --- we got a rebate. But the problem was the service was heavily discounted. Upon …Our experience with Stephen Paige was a positive one. My wife and I desired to downsize and put our house up for sale and it didn't sell. I had the impression that the agent just wanted to lower the price. We took it off the market , did some renovations and planned to sell it ourselves. Upon meeting Stephen at an open house, I was impressed with his manner and his selling program ( 2.1/2% Total Commission if another agent sells our house and 1% if he sells our house). The next day I called Stephen and his relationship with the Lummacks began. I found Stephen to be professional, supportive, enthusiastic and sensitive. He was available to answer our questions with immediate responses. He educated us about the housing market and encouraged us to make notes for house comparisons. We felt that his time was our time. We were fortunate that Stephen provided us with a buyer and hence, a 1% commission. I highly recommend Stephen as a real estate agent because of his integrity, and honesty. Having had bad experiences with our previous realtors and the buying and selling process in general, we decided to go with Stephen as the commission rates were very attractive. With such great commission terms you would think that the service would be basic however it couldn't be further from the truth. Stephen went totally out of his way selling our property (way above asking price) and equal...ly on the purchasing side. We were very particular in what we were looking for and the service and patience he provided was second to none and we never felt pressured in any of our decisions. If we ever wanted to move again Stephen will definitely be the first to call. I encourage everyone to read his mission statement as it totally reflects his work ethic. Why go with anyone else?

My wife and I were very nervous in selling our house as it was our first house we were selling. Stephen helped us come to a reasonable and fair price for our home by researching the housing market in our area and bringing us comparable properties. Once our house was put on the market the steadfast integrity and sensational service did not stop there. Stephen held our hands and put our minds at ease throughout the entire process. We had a bunch of questions and Stephen was happy to answer every single one immediately and never made us feel like we were a bother but rather like he was happy to hear from us. During the sale of our property a problem had arose and Stephen went to bat for us and fought very hard on our behalf to ensure that our interests were being met.
