Find the right home with personal guidance from your first consultation through closing—and receive a buyer rebate (cash back).

For purchases of $500,000 or more, I retain 1.5% of the purchase price from the cooperating commission and rebate the balance to you, up to 1% of the purchase price.

2% commission → 0.5% cash back
2.25% commission → 0.75% cash back
2.5% commission → 1% cash back

Purchases under $500,000 receive a flat $1,000 rebate. Your rebate is paid after closing, once my brokerage receives the commission.

Research, offers and negotiation

When you find the right home, I review comparable sales and help you assess its value. I prepare and explain your offer, then negotiate the best achievable price, closing date, terms and conditions for your situation.

Support through conditions and closing

I guide you through the deposit and condition deadlines, coordinate documents with your mortgage professional and attend your home inspection. Before closing, I arrange the walkthroughs agreed upon in your purchase contract and provide the transaction documents to your lawyer, who handles closing and the release of your keys.
