Qualified buyers may be eligible to receive a commission rebate of up to 1% of the purchase price, depending on the cooperating commission offered by the seller/listing brokerage and the terms of the transaction.





How the Buyer Rebate Works



The buyer rebate amount is based on the cooperating commission offered by the seller/listing brokerage. In most cases, Stephen Paige retains 1.5% of the cooperating commission and rebates the remaining portion to the buyer. The chart below provides example rebate amounts at various purchase prices.
