Stephen Paige has been a full-time REALTOR® since 2007, serving Hamilton, Burlington, and surrounding communities with a structured, client-focused approach.

2007–2010 | Prudential Corona Realty

Stephen began his career under the direct mentorship of the Broker of Record at Prudential Corona Realty. From the outset, he was drawn to brokerages that offered competitive commission structures and flexibility — a value philosophy that continues to guide his practice today.

Entering the industry at age 23 during a challenging economic recession, Stephen gained firsthand experience navigating distressed sales, power of sale transactions, and complex market conditions. Those early years demanded resilience, discipline, and adaptability — qualities that remain central to his approach today.

2010–2019 | Your Choice Realty

After several years of foundational experience, Stephen transitioned to Your Choice Realty, where he was able to further refine his independent business model.

This move allowed him to offer commission structures and client-focused incentives that aligned with his belief in efficiency and value.

Throughout this period, his production increased consistently. In 2015, 2016, and 2017, Stephen was recognized as a President’s Club Member based on sales volume.

In 2018, he mentored a new agent — a former client — providing guidance and professional development during the early stages of that agent’s career.

2019–Present | Independent Brokerage

On March 29, 2019, Stephen launched his own independent brokerage, operating as a sole proprietorship.

This transition provided complete autonomy in how he structures representation, negotiates on behalf of clients, and delivers service.
