I became a Sales Representative / REALTOR® at the age of 23. The economy was in a recession, people were losing their homes and I had zero experience or connections in the real estate industry. If it wasn’t for the support of my family, I would not be a REALTOR® today.
With 2 years experience in promotional sales (19-21), I acquired many skill sets that have proven to be an asset in my real estate career. I understand people and value. I know the importance of listening and the detriment of pressure. I have developed a passion for ******saving people money and an obsession in finding value. Whether it’s price matching groceries, purchasing Groupons or Entertainment Books, it’s nearly impossible for me to purchase anything at full price. I find sales, bargains and promotions to be the driving force that gets me to try new things. Had there been no sale or promotion, I would not have tried that restaurant or purchased that product. I have adopted this concept within my Real Estate career from the very beginning.
I am very dedicated to service in my personal life. I am an active volunteer with Able Living (6 years) and Meals on Wheels (4 years). I am obsessed with Baseball and play in two Baseball Leagues (GHBL and BVB). The most important aspect of my life is being Daddy to my 2-year- old son Christian Joseph. He is my world, inspiration and motivation. The time has come to take my career to the next level and I believe 2018 will be the year of *****Team 5 Star!!!
